Launch: Art at Risk

Local SE London Artist?

From May 13 2024: We have space available for you to book as a 3-Day Space Hire on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 6 PM. We also offer support to promote your work.

Art at Risk is a community-focused project that aims to build bridges between local artists and young people from marginalised backgrounds. We want to facilitate exchange by providing a workspace for artists and the opportunity for young people to engage with their work.

The Vision

“Art at Risk” is a community-focused project that aims to build bridges between local artists and young people from marginalised backgrounds. Being based in the Southwark Offending Service in Dulwich, young people who are referred here might struggle with finding a new outlet for their emotions and are trying to find a place in the world. To support their journey and stop them from re-offending, we want to facilitate the exchange between local artists and 12 to 18 years olds. By providing workspace for the artists, the youngsters gain easy access to observe and interact with a variation of artists and their projects.
